Private Events
We offer a delightful
vineyard setting to host small scale private wine
tastings
and events,
and yes, we do host the occasional private tasting - remembering of
course that
we are a fully functional vineyard and not necessarily in the business
of event planning! However, for those with an interest in securing
our
beautiful vineyard space for an event of your own may contact
our Tasting Room Manager, Katie Henebry by email
to
discuss possibilities and make arrangements. We are a small
facility in a
residential area so large scale events like weddings are generally more
than we
can accommodate. However, bridal showers, family reunions, local
nonprofits,
club meetings, and corporate events are welcomed. Please note
the following
general guidelines before inquiring:
We can accommodate up to 50 people indoors
and offer ample
parking.
The minimum fee is
$250. This minimum fee
includes a tour, tasting of 5 wines,
setup/cleanup, and a
dedicated
staff member to facilitate a 2 hour
tasting for groups of 25 people or less. For groups over 25, the
minimum fee
is $500. All dates and
times must be reserved in advance and no event is considered
secured until
a 50% deposit is received. An additional fee of $100 is applied to any event running over the alloted 2 hour time period.
Cheese plates are available at a cost of $25 for groups up to 25 guests, or $50 for 26-50 guests
Events cannot interfere with the normal
course of business,
which generally
requires them to be held after hours - starting at 5PM on weekdays and 6PM
weekends.
Saturday and Sunday events from 12-5PM are
simply not an
option at this time.
Outside food may be brought in and or
catered, though no
kitchen facilities
are available.
During harvest season (September-October)
we are devoted to
the harvest. We
generally do not host events at this time.
